3-If you buy an acoustic piano then you can get 100% of the value for the duration of the piano life4 They are a licensed Yamaha dealer but they have a wide carriers of other pianos.
4 I am a veteran and a Piano teacher and he is veteran friendly along with if your teacher you could get a bit of a discount.
5 They are good at if they’re ever is an issue they will make it right. I ordered my digital Yamaha nova 745 but they couldn’t get it in white; Randy gave a discount, wont say how much but it was a good discount.
6- He is fine with you testing all of the wide variety of pianos from digital to acoustic, from standing up rights to baby grands and grands.
7- you can either finance or if you’re on a budget in your finances not the best, he can work with you . You might have to put down a 10 prevent down-payment but he will let you break it down in payment.
8 Integrity- Randy is one of the good guys. He wi never try to upsell or bait and switch.
9 Las Vegas Pianos is an established business so they are not going anywhere. If you have any problems; Randy will take care of it.
10 Patient and kind. Randy and most of the staff are very kind and courteous. As an added bonus , i learned quite a bit about the mechanics of the piano. As an avid classical pianist, it is good ton have the technical knowledge -
